How to convert comments from Krock.io into a XLS file?

1. Export a CSV file from Krock.io

To export comments from Krock.io, select the video and open the menu via the three dot icon. Select "Export comments to csv" to export the comments.

2. Use the "๋งˆ์ปค ๋ณ€ํ™˜๊ธฐ" to convert the CSV file into a XLS file

Open the free ๋งˆ์ปค ๋ณ€ํ™˜๊ธฐ, select "Krock.io > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "XLS". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.
